That argument is questionable..........

Was the information given to the Judge accurately? Was it purposely fabricated to insure the signing the warrant? Was the PD involved in the deceit or just simply a dishonest CI that was giving them the information they wanted to hear. Was the CI being compensated?

So many questions.........

That was what bugged me back in post #60 in this thread. The entire thing was justifiable only if the pre-buy search of the CI was perfect.

And that's a huge hurdle to get over.

The tactics for obtaining the warrant( if the evidence is true)?

Waiting for the usual suspects to arrive and now claim that CIs are junkies and can’t be trusted while saying out of the other side of their mouth police used a CI so all is good.
