    Well, I'm talking 1970 and 1980.
It was Coors, I thought that was considered good back then.

Guys in college made a fortune driving to CO and coming back to Texas with a truckload of Coors.
Scarcity rules, and the grass is greener ...

I’m a tequila man. Found this cheap and was surprised how smooth it is.

Yeah, there was only one distributor in Kingsville then. It was a dry country with a population of 28,000.
Had to drive to Alice or Corpus for alcohol other than beer.

Generally, I am not a big drinker. If I find myself in an establishment with a big tub of iced down beer on a hotter than hell Texas day. I have been known to grab an ice cold one and drink the beer down without breaking lip lock.

Craft beers are an unhealthy vice. My favorite vice, though.
    Lotta calories.
Double/imperial IPAs or a sublime Russian Imperial stout. A barleywine when I can find one.
If I ever have to stop drinking beer I'll dring Bud/Miller/Coors light. Just wrong to call them "beer".

    or

About 3 ounces of single malt scotch, anejo tequila or a rich dark rum.
One small ice cube please. Not two. One.
