Yes I went to the Tomball gun show and it had many more vendors then the last one.
Large variety of rifles and pistols and a couple of knife vendors as well.
Didn't buy anything this time but I thought it was a good show..
Next one is in Sept. 22-23.

Making bacon! That Hornady CD is some good stuff. I haven't had the oppertunity of drawing blood with it, but looks like it would do the job on 2 leg critters too.

Sorry, Just now saw this & a day late, but i shot yesterday over @ Hotwells. Shot my ol' trusty 10/22 with a new BX trigger i mounted for my daddy's day gift & one of my AR's i put a new T-25 red dot on. Only took em out to 50yards but had a ragged hole in both bulls eyes with the occasional flyer. I was a happy camper seeing how im going blind & that no magnification red dot was kicking my arse.
Next time i'm headed out i'll let you know.

I might go to Rives in Hardin, even though i'm 5 minutes from Hotwells. The guys at Rives are much more lax & sometimes i think its worth the 1.5hr drive to shoot some steel plates.
