I know from experience, having shot an early T/C with the light barrel and those terrible first-gen grips chambered in .44 Magnum. It was a very painful experience.
Side note: Buffalo Bore is adamant in their warnings that their heavy-bullet, +P+ .44 Magnum ammo should never be used in S&W revolvers. If it weren't for that, I'd post a picture of a 26-ounce (!) Model 329 as an illustration of another painful combo.
My 44 mag is a S&W, so there is nothing that gun can safely shoot that I can't handle, though I imagine that load is a pretty good handful even in a heavy gun. That T/C looks like it would tear your hand up!
