Look I am voting for the nominee, sure I have my favorites but the bottom line is if you do not vote for the nominee you are casting a vote for the democrats likely to be hillary and the Country cannot stand that...I refuse to do that. Romney lost because republican "did not like him" and that is why you have the 2nd term for obama, the worst ever potus.
    Well said!

And another one who does not understand how the electoral process works.

I'll make this simple: If the choice is Trump or Bush vs. any of the Commiecrats, I won't even bother to go to the polls.

I'm ok with Carson or Cruz. The rest are just noise.

You need to vote if you don't want a lib/progressive making the next 2 or 3 Supreme Court nominations. If that happens, the Heller decision and the Second Amendment would be toast.

Do I need to remind you of who nominated the swing vote for obamacare?

On the other hand one could say that this voting strategy is the very reason the progressives have found a foothold in the GOP. Introduce a little fear and people will support the lesser of two evils every time. The trick is to just increase the evil a little bit every election.

    That place east of Waco....
The reason that Obama got a second (and first) term is the same reason that Trump is leading the GOP primaries.....Voters are tired of the mealy-mouthed quislings that make up the GOP establishment and want someone that they believe will do the things they've demanded that the GOP do. Unfortunately, Trump won't do those things, either.

While a vote for a third-party candidate might get Hillary elected, a vote for Trump or Rubio might as well be a vote for Hillary....

It's a shame some of you are so rigid in your thinking you will gladly concede the election to the Democrats (which you swear you can't stand) by obstaining from voting. It is no wonder this country doesn't make any real progress. This either it is my way or no way at all attitude assures the opposition will win.

The thing that is great about Trump is that he's showing the people that would be king makers that their money doesn't always buy the candidate they want, and he's exposing the impotence of political correctness and the lamestream media. The best part of all is that he's already done this just by being in the race. He doesn't have to win for the rest of us to benefit from it.

I still think a Trump presidency would be entertaining, tho... I bet he'd make Louis CK his press secretary

This is fun, too. Donald Trump: ‘So Important to Audit the Federal Reserve’

If Trump gets the nomination. Then the choice is between two liberals again. I won't vote in the election.

It is simply foolish to not vote. First of all, a President can not do anything by them selves legislatively. As we see with Obama, Executive orders are being used to legislate under a President in opposition to the people's representatives in the two Houses. We all know exactly what Clinton wants for gun ownership in USA. We know what she wants for USA in world politics. IF Trump is the Republican nominee not voting for him guarantees that if and when the Democrats get control of the House and Senate, kiss your guns goodbye.

The outcome will be no different if Trump wins
