    I don’t like that it’s so small.

Not a knock against the sight itself, but I’ve put reflex sights on handguns before and immediately realized that I was used to being able to seeing the front sight in order to corrects any misalignment. Without that I would have to hunt for the dot. I can see the same happening with this. It was really obvious with a .22 pistol I don’t shoot that often.

Not an issue if you train enough that sights are aligned by muscle memory as soon as the gun is up, but could be if you are in an awkward position.

Imma thinkin this sight would require a different mode of thinking/using.
You'd have to adjust your visual line-up so the dot was way low to point of impact. Thats the only way I can figure you'd be able to see the target over the top of the slide.
Guess this thing works more like a shotgun bead than a precision sight?
Pretty good for short range super fast alignment.

Why are the prices so varied? A Remington R1 is about a 1/4 the price of a Springfield XD for example.

I'm with YG on this one. I'm still trying to get used to a reflex sight on a pistol. It just aligns differently than what I'm used to.

Fad of the Week. My wife laughed and shook her head when I mentioned that guns and gun accessories have fashion fads, too.

Interesting. Mostly in that kinda' acts like a glorified and highlighted trench sight.

The only difference I see is the dovetail mount that is held by a couple of torx screws. Telling me that mount is $170 more for an XD sounds like gouging.

Dang, I read your post wrong, I was thinking you said that the XD sights were cheaper.
My reply didn't make sense after I realized, lol.

The sight itself isn't new, its been out a few years.

However this is just sig being sig. I cant wait for the rainbow colored legion version so i can join the club to buy some legion branded aviators
