I've got a 2011 STI Tactical US in 40 S&W. Great condition, with all new gun stuff, blade-tech stingray holster, 4 126 mm (14 round) mags, and 2 140 mm (17 round) mags, and STI adjustable night sights. Shoots great, unknown round count, I have probably put 1500 rounds through it since Ive owned it, and without a failure one. I've carried it on duty for 2 years, so it does show some holster wear.
It has US on the slide... Pretty rare stuff... It was an over-run of a model that was being tested by a government agency, and this is one of 60 of those pistols. There's a lot of Internet stuff out there, and you can make up a really cool story about which agency, but STI can't / won't say anything about it...
Im asking $2000 OR will consider a trade of a Colt Gold Cup, Commander, or Baer 1911 in .45, or a Colt Commander in .38 Super.
