I have 2750 rounds of Chinese steel-core 7.62X39 in sealed tins. It is packaged 550 rounds per sealed tin, on stripper clips.
There is:
1 case, fully factory sealed
1 case, wooden box opened, sealed tins inside.
1 loose but sealed tin


Asking $1500 for the lot of 2750 rounds, that's less than $0.50 per round and $0.50 per stripper clip!
I will break the lot up and sell it for $350 per tin, that's less than $0.60 per round and $0.50 per stripper.

I thought all chinese ammo had a mild steel core. Who is this produced by? Is this reloadable?

The cases are labeled Poly-Tech on one side and Norinco on the other. Copper wash steel case, berdan primed.
Almost all Mil-Spec 7.62X39 is steel core, which is why most can't be imported. The only exception that comes to mind is the former Yugoslavia used lead core. This stuff is Mil-Spec and was produced immediately prior to importation in the 80s.
Some late Chinese 7.62X39 was lead core, I have some of that for sale as well.
