i just found out (the hard way) that just because it says full auto when you buy a bolt carrier group doesnet make your gun shoot full auto.

So all the ads I see are lying to us?

So if I grind down the selector switch so it turns to the full auto marking on the lower that won't actually make it fully auto either? Asking for a friend.
