WTB, 10/22 and/or your old starter hunting rifle!

As the title says, looking for a 10/22 for a rimfire target rifle, so I really only need the action.

Also looking for a decent first hunting rifle, prefer 308 or 7mm/mag. As long as its a good shooter, dont care about the stock condition.

I have a new Ruger 10/22 receiver that came off the gun the day I brought it home, it's been in my safe ever since. The only problem is that I'm in Houston and I'm not sure when I'll be out that way again.

I have a Remington 700 SPS Tactical. 20" bull barrel in 308. Has a Leupold VX-II 3-9X40mm with Leupold rings and base. Also has a Harris bi-pod on it and I have some match ammo it likes to eat that would come with it. I have only put 50-60 rounds through it since I bought it back in the spring this year. Still have all the boxes and papers that come with it for scope, rifle and bi-pod.

I was debating about listing it to trade soon for a Colt 1911. I can send pictures if you like.
