Where's my thread?

Wrote a thread in the Announcements and Comments section yesterday and saw that the mods need to approve it before it posts. I was just wondering if for some reason the mods do not approve will I be notified of this? I am still trying to figure out if I am the only one having a certain issue with this forum. Thanks!

We generally try to move them to a appropriate forum doesn't always happen though.
