I spoke to a friend in Moscow today and he said they were having record heat, it got up to 50 degrees. Almost the same as Houston. Said they were concerned that there isn't yet any snow and may be none til Christmas. This is an extraordinary warm spell for them.

It snowed here late last night and early this morning. You know what that meant for the drive to work this morning! Snow should be outlawed in West Texas.....People can't handle driving in it.
