    I use Titegroup for 45acp and 9mm, but prefer AA5 for 40, aa5 give me more of a "push" recoil in the 40 similar to 45acp,and the accuracy is very good out of my browning HP.
    Titegroup is excellent for low volume practice loads in 45acp.
