    Too tired to cook tonight, but I found a small bag of Lay's tater chips, so I'm going to have a big turkey, ham, and Swiss sammich with lots of lettuce and red onion with tomatoes and fruits on the side. And a couple of glasses of a good white wine.

    Met my oldest fir lunch yesterday so I had my leftovers from Lupe Tortilla for dinner. Great Mexican food if you have not been.

    Venison back strap smoked over hickory and then seared in an iron skillet.

    Some of the best deer I've had.
