I am making tacos [mini burritos actually] with grass fed beef, refried beans and red/yellow/orange bells mixed with red jalapeños. Topped with my own smoked salsa.
Baby back ribs off the smoker along with some sausage and hot links I threw on near the end. Should be done in the next 30 minutes. The wife did make potato salad as a side.
I went grocery shopping this morning, and found a CAB chuck roast. A pot roast is one of those old school comfort food. I bought a bag of tiny spuds and carrots to throw in my big cast iron hung pot for the last hour of cooking.
