Chimichurri steak, chared seasoned green beans, twice baked potato and buttered French bread.

Daughters are home

Heated up the next to last serving of my home made

HOT SAUSAGE CASSEROLE!

Make it similar to lasagne, except...the sauce is more of a HOT SAUSAGE sauce ...more onions, peppers and roma tomatoes, garlic & basil....

Lots of hot sausage.

5 kinds of cheese.

Half lasagne pasta, half Penne pasta...

Some Italian Bread, small salad...good to go..

I heat up the left overs in the steamer...
