    Texarkana - Across The Border
    One of those jumbo cowboy rib eye steaks, a Caesar salad with feta cheese added and some Greek dressing to add some zing to the other dressing, a couple of baby carrots and some water. My mongrel loved the steak as did I, first one I ever made. Seared in butter in the pan, then broiled to a bloody medium rare (5 minutes a side at 500 degrees F in the broiler). Yummy and quite tender, enough left over for Skye & myself for tomorrow. I rarely give her any bones but may give her the one from this steak when we finish the meat tomorrow.
