Just put a Boston Butt pork roast in the oven. Cook low and slow.

Went straight into yard work without breakfast. By 3:00 I was hungry so I went to the marina for a burger. Was told come back in 30 minutes. They were putting up a perishable load they just got.

I reheated some gumbo again. Then I ate the dessert I brought home for the wife. It knocked my ass out until just a bit ago.

Wife changed the menu! So instead of Whataburger, we are having homemade sloppy joes and french fries, and macaroni salad!

Got up early to go grocery shopping. Score an Angus sirloin in the markdowns. Spent the whole day asleep like a dope fiend.

Finally rolled out of bed at 6:45 ate the steak and some smoked boudin.

Also got some marked down sirloins and grilled them with mashed potatoes and sweet corn.

We're having slow-cooked brisket and asparagus.

Leftover sirloin steak on sour dough with egg’s & picante sauce.
