    A small Ceasar chicken wrap and 4 tablespoons of Smucker's peanut butter (the crunchy variety). Apaprently the lower (not low) carb diet is working. I saw a friend a couple of nights ago, whom I had not seen in 3 or so weeks, and her first words to me were "you've lost weight".

    Lost in East Texas Elhart Texas
    Chinese buffet tonight. I had been craving a good CFS dinner, and we went to the Stockman's Cafe in Elkhart, but they were packed with people. The biggest crowd I have ever seen there. So we just went to our favorite Chinese place and had the buffet. Food was excellent tonight.

    Wife said she would make me CFS tomorrow night for dinner!
