My wife and I went to Shoot Smart gun range for our anniversary. Brought the Sig P226 Legion SAO and her P938 Legion. Break in day. Carried in 500 rounds of ammo, left with none. Had an awesome time. Also did the unlimited rentals, and tried out the Walther q5 match, CZ 75, Glock 43x and Sig 365. Still absolutely love my p226. It does shoot a little low though, but I was drilling groups around 1.5 to 2 inches out to 10 yards. At 15 yards they opened up to about 3 to 4 inches.
My wife was all over the man sized target with her p938 when she started but got control after about 6 mags. Her groupings were very consistent up and down the center of the tagret paper, about 5 inches left to right and she cut the paper down the middle. After about 200 rounds her wrists were getting tired though so it was spreading across the target up and down, but still very controlled left to right. Somewhere in the latter third of her shooting she hit her sweet spot and really started grouping tight. Drilling out the numbers on the sheet with right around 2.5 inch groups.
Of the rentals, I loved the Walther q5 match, the CZ 75, and the Sig 365. I'll be picking up a CZ 75 and Sig 365 sometime in the near future. Sold on those two for sure. My wife really liked the 365, putting ten in 2.5" first try. She also wants one.
She also coined the name for proper shooting stance as "pooping in the forest". I think that's gonna stick. Excellent choice for naming shooting stance
