Not a great pic, but looks like it might be mini (left) to micro (right) USB. Although, if the right is larger, it could almost be HDMI. We really need to know what it goes to.

Cable looks like mini usb to DisplayPort or mini usb to hdmi. Check both of those out and see if it matches what you’re looking for. If you can take some better pics then I can better assist you.

Hard to find these days in USA
If stores don't have them Amazon may
If all else fails check out some cheap radios on wish.com some of them use minis to charge
