What Kind Of Bug Is This?

    RIGHT BEHIND YOU!
    I've spotted this creepy bug flying around in my backyard off and on for weeks. It's dead and wet in this picture but when it was alive it would fly around with it's long legs dangling behind it like a monster mosquito. Plus it was furry and looked all black. I found it in the skimmer this afternoon.

    Can anyone here ID it?
