    Richter’s Antler Cafe, Spring Branch.

Get there early or expect a wait. Lunch specials big enough for dinner and <$10.

My wife loves it, I love it and it is BUSY, we have been going for almost 10 years, no shortage of Indians and medical personnel in there all day, 7 days a week.

Let me know how you like it.

It is the go to for the 'scrubs' wearing crowd.

I could make their food better...Jalapenos in everything but that's just me...

Chachos on Bandera.... I never leave there hungry and it doesn't cost a fortune.

I haven't read all of the posts but, I went to Lulu's Bakery & Cafe and the chicken fried steak was wonderful. I didn't have room for one of those huge cinnamon rolls and wish that I had gotten one to go.

If you like Korean BBQ, Kim's Gilbi is the bomb.com

    Kim's Galbi, not Gilbi.

    Quite a simple search, yes?

    Road trip recently.

El Chaparral is still incredible. I could make a meal out of their refried beans, and I am not a big refried bean fan. Fajitas are the best I have had anywhere.

    Formosa Gardens still excellent.

City Market in nearby Luling still the best place around for ribs. Smoky and tender. Brisket is good, but can be matched elsewhere.

    Tamale source still going strong.
