Without a doubt it’s my Star Firestar .45 ACP. That pistol is 100% reliable with any ammunition I’ve tried in it, and at 0-25 yards it’s accurate. It’s a bit heavy but recoil is minimal. Decent sight and well-made. I love that pistol.

HK45. Extremely soft shooter, even more so than a 5" steel 1911 surprisingly. Very reliable and durable. Paddle mag release is very fast once you learn how to use it with your trigger finger (obviously hand size-dependent). Ridiculously accurate for being a polymer frame, mass-produced pistol. Just overall easy to shoot.
