My backyard... there's no 'one shot per three seconds' rule, or anything like that. Though, I still have a berm, etc. set up. Because you have to be safe and all.

These are in the Phoenix area: Shooters World has 2 indoor ranges and the huge Arizona State gun range just north of the city. Also Top Gun indoor in Houston.

I have a hunting buddy that lives in Seabrook, and we've been going to Texas City Shooting Range the past 6-8 months. It's a really nice place.

Rifle rage Ft Knox, KY. 300m pop up silhouette targets, shooting pits, and a friendly drill sergeant with steel charging rod to correct any improper weapon handling techniques :-D. Haven't been there since the summer of '82 though.

Locally I like Dietz in New Braunfels.
