Long ago I purchased one of the BX-25 mags.
Stupid thing flat didn't work. Never used after that.
I think I'll dig it out and try the .22short bushing thing.
Maybe it'll make it run?
Jacketed, plated, coated, washed, whatever, I'll take your word for it. The point I was making is that I did have problems with plain lead jamming, but not the copper.
With all mags, or just the BX-25?
I got a S&W Model 66-2. No pictures yet.
I can't remember which, I just remember having ftf issues with the plain lead cartridges. I now use them in my revolver and copper ones in my 10/22.
I definitely got lost in the rabbit holes from that link. I read the linked story, then found a few more stories at the end I wanted to read, which lead to even more stories, and they told 2 friends, and so on and so on.
