Considering your ammo not bad at all.......I worked up a load in 7.62X39 for my CZ 527 and groups improved.

I've got a Howa 1500 and it shoots about the same as your Ruger. I put on a nice scope and it's still about a 1.5-2 moa rifle. Still a fun shooter though and won't break the bank.

Found out it was Mexifornia compliant. Need to take it to gunsmith to remedy that.
