    Loading 45 AARP (ACP heh).

Trying to decide when to stop. Probably just finish this brick of primers. Should put me around 3k rounds. That'll last me a while.

Quick inspection and move them into storage. Then decide what to load next.

Selling an old reloading set up to a young man today.
I had a young man( mid 20s) over a few weeks ago, taught him and my 15 yr old a bit. Sent him home with 100rds of 38spl made by himself.

He reported that they shot wonderfully in his back yard, and now he has some ammo to defend his home.

Its more fun to teach people to reload or shoot, than it is to do it myself.

I take my son to the range and he ends up doing all the shooting.

I just looked at a bunch of bags of cleaned sorted brass. Does that count?
I was slightly disoriented at sheer scope of various brass, processing needs by batch and decided to go no further.

Maybe tomorrow will bring another batch of 135gr 9mm loads.

I ordered some more powder coat from smoke. Last weekend I cast up a few hundred more bullets. Figure I'd play with a couple new colors for them.

After all my time wasted on signal yellow I'm seeing posts saying yeah, yellow coverage is problematic.

Moving on from that, I still have two colors from my sample pack to try.

Also, bought a .358 sizer that knocks things down to .357 so I'm ready to cast that when I run out of my Acme 38s.

Could someone quote me an OTD price for rifle primers bought lately? I'm trying to compare to going to Academy and buying retail. I'm in for $.432 per bang.

Nice drive, nice scenery, too effin hot though, but I got some for .04 and no stress. I won't be shooting big rifles for a while yet!

What other colors do you have?

I have an orange brown from smoke (I call longhorns orange), light Carolina blue, and jet black. I also have some harbor freight red left and someone in this page sold me some dark green a while back but I don't remember who I got it from.

I just ordered purple, light green, and sulfur yellow from him.

Wait, 43 cents each??? That's insane. Academy has them for $4/100. If you can make it to Cabela's you can find them closer to $3/100

    .43 per bang is rape.
Academy has them, but you have to check everyday.

4.32 cents... That makes more sense.

Seems like $4 a tray is normal for academy and most other places around these days.
