I shot the 9mm loads I worked up with Unique and then loaded up some more 9mm with CFE Pistol and BE-86. I also got ready to load 150 .38 Special, but the wife came home so I fired up the grill.

Crap - smushed a small pistol primer into a .38. Sides all bent up. I'm such a brass whore, I'm gonna put on eyes and ears, and punch that primer out. What could possibly happen? My kid side says to take it out to the concrete and hit a hammer on it and fire up a Cuban.

I always picked them out with a little screw driver, or pressed them out if stubborn.

Not quite that monstrous but I loaded some 44 mag 255gn Keith SWC with 2400. I also did a few with Unique to try out.

The Unique loads will feel more like Specials probably. It just doesn't have the oomph for Magnum loads.

I use Unique for most handgun loads except Magnums. They get better powders for the job.

I read that it was a fairly mild load, I'm good with that. I have a pretty good 44spcl load using 220gn w/700X.

Tried to find 77 gr Nosler Custon Comps at a good price. In other words, cheap! Shooters Pro Shop is out of the 1000 bullet boxes.

Well hell, you win the daily prize. Sizing and trimming those sound like a royal PITA.

Depends on the tools at your disposal. I started doing my cutting originally with a pipe cutter. That was a royal PITA. Then I upgraded to a HF mini chop saw and it drastically speeds up brass processing. If you got the dough you can even get something like this and go Ronco oven on your brass

I finished up loading a batch of 24 with 52.5 grains of Win 760. I need to shoot these in my older Rem 700 and get a feel for how they will do

I moved most of my setup yesterday.
I'll try to move the rest and get situated today.
