    We did some beautiful T-bones last night, along with some burgers, hot dogs, sausages, chicken breasts and boudin. We had the steaks last night with baked potatoes, and garlic bread. I postponed smoking the pork loin until maybe this coming weekend.

    Tonight, I plan on slicing up the chicken and making fajitas out it for dinner.

    I didn’t cook jack this weekend fir a change.

    But I took my lady friend to Blacks and Kreuz over the weekend. Man, Blacks is on point. Brisket was amazing and she thought the ribs were the best she’s ever had.
