Update on my progress is due.

6 months ago I went to a local university and did a dexa scan at the athletic department.

it showed me at 19% body fat.

    so I'm getting there..goal is 15- 17 and maintain.

    I'm still training 4-5 days a week
As little cardio as I can get by with...probably less than 40 minutes a week total

Also..since I have been helping other people with their diet and weight I have decided to get certified as a Nutrition Coach and I'm 80% through the 3 month course

Once done, I will probably take on a few clients ..some in person and some online.
I really want to help others who want to change their eating and get fit

Health is more of a choice than it is a blessing...

Yep, I’m down from a 48 a year ago to a 40. Discovered a “new” core exercise. Just jump to n the pool and tread water for 50 minutes. Kicks my ass every time!
    Good for you
    The secret is
    Eat less...move more.

If a man's waistline is below 40. You greatly reduce your risk of many diseases like diabetes and heart disease.

I can fit in a 38…but then IWB carry is out. Sure isn’t any extra room for that holster today anyway. I came to dig the 1791 OWB holsters, but it’s nice to have options.

Congratulations to you and all the weight you lost!! I know it's hard, it's good you just jumped right back in and got back to it. Sadly I had put on a bunch of weight at some point... but it's all back off now.
