The hump on the backstrap is a bit irritating to my hand when I hold it... Which is always why I end up selling mine, despite how awesome it shoots.

I know I shouldn't waste my time and buy ANOTHER one :p

The P99 is a DA/SA gun, but still striker fired. And, the SA pull is sweet.

I never cared too much for the DA pull, as you can feel the spring as you make that 1st DA pull. It is rather stagey.

My P99 AS had a very steady, smooth, proportionate increase in tension ('stacking') in DA.
If the 'p' word is difficult to understand....the further your fanger comes back, the greater the tension.

Does 'constant ratio' mean something to everybody?

It's one of the best DA/SA guns I've ever shot.
