Utah Axes Gun-Permit Requirement

Residents of Utah will soon be able to carry concealed guns without a permit.

TX has had too much gun regulation even before creepy joe and the ho.

It has passed both houses, and as of Today is sitting on the Governors Desk waiting to be signed. He has 10 days to sign it or it automatically becomes law. It will take effect on May 5th, 2021

BTW Montana also has a constitutional carry, gun free zone elimination bill sitting on the Governors desk as of today as well. He too has 10 days to sign it or it automatically becomes law as well. However Montana’s Constitutional Carry bill will not go into Effect until June 1, 2021

FYI... even though Utah will become a constitutional carry state, it is one of the easier states to get a non-resident LTC.

Unlike a Va, Az, or Fl, non resident LTC. A Utah LTC is recognized by the state of Washington.
Washington does NOT recognize a Texas LTC, nor do they recognize, AZ, VA, FL either.
