Weapon Accessing Clinic

The Army uses the adage "The Enemy gets a vote" to describe the constant presence of tactical risk that can never be completely eliminated through training or preparation. This class will examine the use of weapons in situations where the defender has been ambushed and provide functional solutions.
Using empty hands, knife and pistol, we will find common strategies for accessing our weapons and effectively employing them to finish the fight. We will use the Force-on-Force paradigm, where resistant training partners will evaluate your skills and validate your learning hands-on.
THIS IS A FREE EVENT
We will provide training knives.
Attendees must bring:
-Water.
-Body capable of falling and rolling in grass.
-Street clothes and shoes.
-A moderate fitness level.
Optional:
-Blue/Red/Rubber training pistol.
-Concealed carry holster.
Following training we will go to lunch at a nearby establishment.
