History has proven to me that this will just lead to abuse.

How did my name get on the list and how do I get it removed?

    No thanks.

Here is how this will play out. If you put yourself on this list We will Drop the Armed Robbery Charges/ DUI/Domestic Violence against you. Offender - Oh Sure .
It will become a hammer and every felony charge is the nail.

    “Masters of Deceit”

Anyone else recall that, from way back when the FBI was honest ?

Our enemies have learned that they can’t directly attack our 2A, so they scheme of ways to weaken it, and us, more incrementally.

All of their proposed new laws in the gun-control arena are dishonest.

It's meaningless. You can't contract away your rights.

There is precedent for waiving your rights, but that is a temporary / limited in scope. "I waive my rights to an attorney" doesn't mean you forever have no right to representation by an attorney. This would get eaten alive in court, and they would end up paying you a handsome sum if you "accidentally" ended up on that list and it caused you some distress.

This is a laugher. If they want to create a list of twits who would like to sign away their rights, that's legal, and about what we should expect from leftists.

It will when you have to "voluntarily register" to get a professional license, get service from a doctor, get insurance, or as part of a court judgement. And for that last one, if you don't register, you go to jail for contempt of court.
At that point it is no longer voluntary but an infringement on constitutional Rights.
