I've had a billet upper and extra lower sitting around for a while now. I decided there's no time like the present to build it out. A couple years ago I put together a rifle with a faxon pencil barrel 14.7" and a lantac handguard. It's a joy to shoot and was my first and only pinned and welded gun.

Unfortunately the combination I have sitting around is a little heavier all around. I was tempted to get another faxon but they're both scarce and pricey right now. So for this build I decided to try out a Rosco 14.5. It's part of their bloodline series of barrels and overall they've had mostly great reviews. After a bit of reading it looks like Rosco has been an OEM supplier for several companies so I've got high hopes.

I have plenty of experience with great shooting barrels, so I don't expect this one to outshoot my White Oak or BA rifles but if it can maintain 1.5" @100 I'll be happy enough. It will probably be over a month from now before it sees any action but I'll update this thread with some pictures too as I make some progress.
