Meh you posted on an open form I commented on it and you got your panties in a bunch

Not much else to say about it.

Nah, just frustrated at having my thread jackass hijacked right off the bat with inapplicable, idiotic questions and assumptions of the sort that certain personality types attempt to pass off as relevent meaningful dialogue.

examples of what you spout often times miss the point entirely and are often shallow, misguided, and irrelevant> Responses that in your mind, makes you look smart.

Dont take my word. See it for yourself. Use Google

Populate the search box with intext:Shady site:www.texasguntalk.com

Notice a pattern? Use regex to dig deeper, you find more of the same.

You can read, write, talk but that's not saying much. So can a fkn parrot.

Wow, I didn't know trees of that massive size were transplanted.

According to the Buda story, it cost well over 2 hundred thousand to transplant the massive, beloved Oak 600 ft.

Were I to lose one of my oaks, I'd probably put a Sycamore sapling in it's place. Very fast growing. No, not the quality of an Oak by any means, but still, a very nice looking tree.

Probably will lose a large shade tree on the west side of the house before long.

Trying to decide whether to go with a "quality" tree (which will be more slow in growing) or a fast grower.

I probably won't live long enough for the former to get big enough to provide decent shade.

    oldag,

Our Sycamore was a mere sapling 10 years ago. Ring gauge (going by a measurement used by cigar smokers) was probably 2 inches.

Now, it's absolutely massive and is one fine shade tree.

Down side: When the leaves fall off, it's a freekin shit storm of huge leaves either to be raked or burned or mulched.

    I mulch em.
