I got an email celebrating the first official day of Constitutional Carry. And thought. "Oh, yeah, it is Sept 1".

Kind of snuck up on me. Now I sit here contemplating how I feel about it now that it's here.

I believe this is mentioned in the article I posted I mentioned that the article was a synopsis of many of the major laws that just went into effect.
