Since several California County's sell permits with a donation to the Sheriff's election campaign, excuse me, authorize concealed carry permits after duly reviewing the applications I am certain there are sighs of relief. Even some Apple Execs were bagged after exchanging 100 (?) Ipads for four concealed carry permits.

It just would not do for the unwashed masses to get concealed carry permits (or worse, carry without permits) just because they feel it is their right.

That circuit is NOT called "The 9th CIRCUS" without just cause.

When I took my LTC class I also acquired a good titled " Texas gun laws". Reading that made me fear for my 4th amendmemt rights much more than my 2nd.

Stop and frisk, the low or unenforced standard of probable cause.....many more instances.
