I've built quite a few AR's using Anderson stripped lower's. They all have been made to the same specs as any other brand of forged stripped lower.
Yes,Anderson's are cheaper priced than most, that's because Anderson forges their own parts in house, while most other companies by from an outside supplier.

You'd be surprised to find that Anderson supplies a lot of their lower & upper receivers to other brands of AR's,but they are stamped with that brands name on them instead of saying Anderson.
While I have never had any problems with Anderson uppers or lowers either, they don't forge their uppers or lowers - neither do most gun manufacturers. Cerro Fabricated Products forges the blanks that are used by many manufacturers - I know Anderson, Spikes, Daniel Defense use them and betting there are more.

Cerro's mark is a key hole emblem:

Anderson seems to have had some problems early on. Even arfcom admits these days they are mostly good to go. “If” you have a problem with them contact Anderson and they will make it right.
.
My problem was about a year and half ago. Yeah, they made it right and sent me another trigger, but if I had not had another PSA lower parts kit around it would have delayed my build. And it took them 3 weeks to get it to me.

Where are you buying all this faulty stuff from? Julio's Roadside Gun Emporium
You're either buying blemished or factory 2nd's from someone.

I've got 3 Anderson lower build's setting in my safes, along with Aero Precision,DPMS,and Rock River. The fit & finish is just as good as any of them, and I've built several more that I gave as gifts to friend's & family. Not a single issue with any of them.

Like i said, ive had a few, and seen many more.

Andersons are cheap for a reason

They produce a raw forging, and then companies buy said raw forging, and finish them out.

They aren't buying 100% complete lowers from cerro or the other forges
