Pt was getting ready to go home after his procedure. Coughed while he was taking a leak. His femoral venopuncture site bled a little through his dressing.

I guess that's the same procedure done for angiograms? I just remember the cautions they gave afterwards both times and my wife was worried I'd blow the plug climbing stairs.

Simular. He had an EP procedure that only required venous access. So they did not access his artery

I'd say been there, did that, but it was SWTSMBO. At our favorite restaurant, an older lady went into the restroom with a waitress helping her. The waitress came out calling for help; the lady was on the floor bleeding out. SWTSMBO went in and stopped the bleeding. Then the lady's husband went in and fell and hit his head, then was hyperventilating. SWTSMBO save the lady's life and probably the husband's too. By the time the paramedics arrived, there wasn't much left for them to do. I think they were disappointed.
The lady had a pacemaker implant that day, the couple hadn't eaten all day, and she'd been drinking Diet Coke. She looked terrible going into the restroom; much better the next time we saw her.
Dinner was on the manager (who wouldn't go in to help; he disappeared).
