the White House VA Hotline

If any of the other Veterans on here ever run headlong into brick wall with either the VA or Tri-West, get a hold of the White House VA Hotline. Link that has a phone number in it, below. I gave them a call on Monday, things were getting done and working on Tuesday, and I received a call this morning (Friday) from a supervisor at my local VA concerning this issue. I can honestly say that I've never seen the VA move with any kind of speed like this before.

Great program but why isn't it publicized better by the VA?
I could have used this for getting dental treatment earlier this year.

You don't actually think they are going to publicize a way to get them to do their jobs, and actually do them correctly do ya.
