The Perfect 1911 Pistol!

IF, you could pick out the 1911 of your choice, or have built the perfect 1911, what would it be? What features, or finish would it have? What would it's primary purpose or intended use be?

70 series, deep blue finish, walnut double diamond grips, stainless commander hammer, aluminum trigger with over travel adjustment, extended beavertail, extended safety, night sights, polished trigger channel and feed ramp, checkered grip area, full-length guide rod.

A friend called from a gun store to tell me there was a guy selling a nice 1911. I dropped by and he had a pistol with all the best features (night sights, beavertail, adjustable trigger, etc.) and it was "melted" - all the sharp corners were rounded off. Deep dark color with white fake ivory grips. It was a real beauty. All hand fitted and accurate as they come. Why is it not in my safe? Because I was short on the amount of gold bullion it would take to buy it. My first car cost less.

I'm mighty fond of my Kimber Ultra CDP - I can't figure how any 1911 could be any better. I like my PSA 1911 too, but I wouldn't want to carry it.

I really enjoy shooting my Les Baer Premiere II in 45ACP. I also have a Colt Government Series 70 that my Uncle gave to me for doing some work at his house many years ago. I told him no payment is needed and he handed me the pistol. Said I could never sell it.
