If they are all over the target, I count every hole....
If the middle is blown out, only the holes outside the 8 ring are counted.....
If some clown tried a smiley face, he may have passed the qualification, but he would've been a clown in someone else's classroom.......not mine....I have zero tolerance for clowns.....
