Good question and I’m not going to full-bore into the codes today, but rule of thumb is your property or property under your control does not require an LTC for a handgun.

Long gun or shotgun is a different set of rules.

Regardless, if asked to leave and you don’t, then it’s trespassing in one way, shape, form, fashion, or other.
