Thank God for that; I was getting frustrated trying to match up the changes to TPC today and kept hearing @benenlish’s statement that this bill is overly complicated. It is.

GOA missed TABC red (51%) signs.

OK, now for Abbot to do his duty. After that I expect nothing much changes. Criminals will still be criminals, some cops will still be ignorant and most of the state won't even know about it. Oh and some people will carry and some won't.

Celebrating a Texas victory deserves a Texas whiskey. Tonight I’ll raise a toast with Andalusia Whiskey Co’s Stryker smoked single malt. 100% Texas ingredients and production.

ETA: hot wheels signed legilsation today making the 1847 Colt Walker the official state handgun. Guess I’ll have to starting looking a Cimarron Walker.

    Ladies and gentlemen.
I want to thank any and all who helped get this in front of our governor.
    Texas Redneck, you done good.
To the rest of ya'll, I appreciate the work ya'll put into this.
I wish it had been as easy as it looked.
Honestly, we shouldn't have even had this battle. But, evil lurks.
Again, my undying gratitude is sent out to the Texans by Geography and Texans at heart who helped make this happen.

60 years on this land. In this county.
Now I can be me. No malice, no weakness, no prejudice.

    No paper trail.

Looks like Senate got most of what they wanted. Hopefully LTC did not lose those prohibitions that PLC has.

Those first few folks getting arrested are going to be in for some major hurt.

But this is good for the casual carrier.

While I prefer Ironroot out of Denison above just about anything else, I’ll go grab a glen and join you. I guess I need to track the Andalusia down because it sounds like something Balcones puts out, which I also love. Cheers!
