Mikey V’s smoked bacon salsa. It’s a mild one but great flavor.

Get ya some La Costena pickled jalapeno slices and run 'em through your blender with just part of the liquid. Makes a great jalapeno sauce that goes good on just about anything!

If you ever happen to end up in Gruene Tx, right outside of New Braunfels, check out the Gruene General Store.

The have have an entire wall from floor to ceiling with nothing but hot sauces. Some of them have some pretty colorful names. Some have names that give you an idea of just how they could be!

I know this is a hot sauce thread but in regard to salsa I’m just gonna throw this one out there for my TGT gang. If you haven’t yet, I suggest you try it (if you like salsa). It’s that good and it’s made in Texas.

One of the local convenience stores here in town carries that salsa. I have been tempted to try it out. Based upon your recommendation, I probably will now.

I used to eat jalapenos as a snack.
    Can't anymore.
La Costena slices are really pretty mild, but with a lot of flavor

Those bottles just aren't big enough... I buy the HEB 4lb 4oz jug and add spices accordingly.

Sontava products, especially habanero. The web site shows Flower Mound, TX. It may not be made there, but I didn't get that far. Check their other brands too (at least one has a variety of salsa - Jardines; "a little somewhere south of Austin").
