Cheapest hunt I've found is about 2 hrs west of Austin.. $50 per person per day, you can take 3 hogs.. Wish I knew a rancher that needed help eliminating the varmints!

The only places I know to hunt for free with open access are tidal marshes along the coast, but that's just for ducks. I go to Egery Flats outside of Bayside just about every year. I have to hit up friends and family for dove and hog hunting.
