Texas bill criminalizing use or possession of "expanding" hollow point bullets..

I just saw a quick minute discussing this on YouTube.. Sounds crazy to me seeing that this is the most common defensive bullets used to day by everyone, police and civilian alike.
I'm assuming it's DOA, but will be worth watching who supports this bill.
