    Never tried it because the highly rated Korean BBQ places around here are too spendy. I have heard it’s very good though.

    Korean style ribs are easy to make at home - as long as you can find them cut in that style - across the ribs - which are not as cheap as they were.

    A couple of pounds of the ribs, a bottle of the Korean marinade, and a slow cooker will do it. My lady learned it from another lady at the commissary. When they were done, the bones would fall of as you took the meat out of the cooker.

    BTW there is a great Korean BBQ right next to Red River BBQ in Katy. might be a good motivator for the next "Lets go to the range" thread :machine: Moonpie ...?? IXLR8..??

    I say as soon as the Thanksgiving left overs are done.
